Sorry this is a bit late but I'm catching up.  I would recommend a behaviorist to help.  I'm not sure where you are but in this area I recommend Bark Busters (www.barkbusters.com) or the veterinary behaviorist normally at a specialty clinic or veterinary school hospital.  At this age the puppy should not be acting this way and it can create a situation where the dog grows up thinking that he will have to "protect" himself when he is in this perceived danger.  This translates as he will be a biter, a fear biter to be specific.  Since one of the most common reasons for dogs be put to sleep is behavioral it is good to catch this early and act on it.  Hope things work out well.
