The web site below is a description of the WOLO E Z horn that we  
purchased and worked for us. Perhaps  your local
Auto parts store can get it for you. I will check to see if he can get  
some and post them for proceeds to go to Basset Rescue of Puget Sound.  
You can also probably purchase them online. This horn is what has  
worked for our boys-can't guarantee what it will do for yours. I have  
to tell you this is a loud penatrating unpleasant burst of sound. I  
know it has kept me from barking as well. It is kind of fun to use it  
but just playing around with it around the dogs will most likely  
reduce it's effectiveness. It should be used for training and  
reinforcement only and is annoying and possibly harmful to yours or  
your dogs hearing if exposed irresponsibly. I don't know what the  
decible level is. I will get back as to whether my husband can get a  
deal so that our favorite Basset Rescue can benefit as a fundraiser.
