[Dailydrool] Hal's eye surgery update, 3 weeks in the parabolic dish

We went to the eye specialist today.  His eye is healing great.  The graft
is staying in place, it may or may not be permanent.  Appears there'll be no
loss of vision YAY!!!  Hal is expected to make a complete recovery.  He has
a recheck in 3 weeks & she said that'd be the earliest he'd get rid of the
cone, but could be longer.  I think I'm going to get a steering wheel cover
for it to save my shins!  Anyone taken any classes in cone decorating?  'Tis
the season ya know!  I told him it was a parabolic dish to help him hear
better.
Hal has discovered that if he drops a toy in his cone Sara Sue can't steal
it from him. :)  He is playing & being his normal little self.  I'm trimming
all the bushes so the folage is 5 feet off the ground!  We're not doing this
again!
