[Dailydrool] "Stanky Basset"

I think I must be crazy but I love the "Stanky Basset" smell.

As long as the ears don't smell like rotten cheese, I am ok, but other than that, I don't know how anyone could not love the parfum "Ode de Basset".  haha.

I too laughed at the boyfriend post and thought You go Girl!  haha.

My 17 yr old step son has just started "dating".  Girl #1 - no pets - I knew she would not last for various reasons but you can't come to my house and go ewww to 4 dogs, all who slobber and are in your face and on the couch.

So we are on Girl #2.  I asked him this morning if she had pets.  Hadn't gotten that far yet.  I told him that I hope he realized that he would eventually have to find someone who loved pets because he will probably never be without at least 1.... and this is from the boy who lets the dogs sleep under the covers and on his pillows with him.  

I am also grooming my 2 yr old nephew to be a dog-specifically basset- lover.  He LOVES Sophie and Schroeder.  His last visit to Aunt Netties he kept wrapping his arms around Sophie's neck, looking into her eyes, saying love you Sophie and kissing her right on the nose.  It was adorable.
