[Dailydrool] Bunny Pellets---what is the truth?

 I have been told before, from a vet,  that a dog cannot get tape worms from eating poop from an animal who has tape worms,  the only way they can get them is from ingestion of a flea.  And then I have heard that they can. 

What is the truth?
