[Dailydrool] Lori update

Lori Lu had the tumor removed, and with the holidays and all I have been
remiss in the report. It was a cancerous tumor, but the vet man thinks he
got all the tumor.
The incision is about six inches long, and healing very well. Rather than
the collar, I put gauze pads on it, vet wrap, and a t-shirt on her. She left
the stitches alone and goes in Tuesday to get the stitches out.
She is doing great.  Demands food as only a basset can. Of course the way
she came to me it seems that she misssed many meals, but no more.
Whatever the future holds for her, she has a home with lots of love. She is
going nowhere. We will spoil her as much as we can.
