[Dailydrool] In NEED of transport to save shelter dog from needle

hi.  i saw this dog mention on one the recent drools:

i would like to rescue him.

i've called the shelter and no one is interested in him so time is short.
i've tried a couple of local pet shipping companies but because of 
some new travel regs, they're not shipping to Canada from the US

I'm in Vancouver BC.  The dog is Paul, Idaho. It's a long ways away.

Is there anyone who can help or knows of anyone who could help 
transport the dog closer to me?

Otherwise the cutie has an appointment with a needle :(
