Dear Beth,

I am so sorry for you and Emma.

It has been a heartbreaking story and you have been through so much for
Emma.  I am convinced that it was meant to be that you were holding Emma in
your loving arms when she passed.  I am sure she knew that she was in the
best place possible and getting the best care possible and maybe her mom
realized that she couldn't have handled it all as well as you, dear, strong
lady that you are.

You and Emma will be in our hearts and prayers for as long as you need.
