[Dailydrool] Tri-State Picinic--what a hoot!

I stopped by the Tri-State picnic in Pennsville on Sunday with Della  
and my mom.  Mom had the best time!  We weren't there long--about an  
hour--but she had never seen so many bassets in one place before and  
she was thrilled. (Mom's in a wheelchair so it's tough to take her AND  
a dog or two to events.)  Della got a little overwhelmed and hid  
behind my legs when 3 other bassets came up to her to say "hello,"   
Still trying to socialize her--she's a tough one but getting much  
better.  She only did that once--all the other times, when it was one- 
on-one, she was just fine.

Drool to all in need, snooters to everyone!
