[Dailydrool] Poem for Going to the Bridge "the 4 days" i think it was called

a while back someone posted a beautiful poem that she said was written by a vet.  i think it was called "the 4 most important Days."  does anyone recall it and if so, could you post it again?  this time i'll print it.
