Bertrand is already blind in one eye, but fortunately, it hasn't happened on the left eye. His eye doctor (I think this is very chic of him to have an eye doctor and DH said he wanted to be seen by this same doctor, much better than the current human one) discouraged the shot, said it was better to treat it with drops if they worked.
