[Dailydrool] tapeworms or rice

Not meaning to be overly graphic, but little tapeworm segments move. And if
it is tapeworm, the Vet will give them a shot that will get rid of the worms
very quickly. It's not expensive.

Subject: [Dailydrool] tapeworms or rice

We never look for trouble around here. It seems to show up on its own.
Just in the past month we've had one with tick fever and one with
pancreatitis. The funds are depleting quickly.

Debby and I were able to rescue two beautiful bassets last week which she is
fostering. I remember her commenting that when they went to the vet they
had different types of worms and that the meds for that were pretty
expensive.

So last night for no reason at all I decided to check poop. All my dogs
had tapeworms!!!! I was horrified. I called Debby and was telling her
about it, speculating how much this was going to cost me. I have one that's
ready for neuter but have to keep putting it off because all the others have
immediate issues that have to be dealt with. So we're talking and talking
and I keep saying how it looks like rice, looks like rice. Then it hits me.
It could be rice. Since Beachbaby's bout with pancreatitis, I have been
feeding some chicken and brown rice in the mornings, regular food in the
evenings.

So now I'm confused. Is it tapeworms or brown rice? I'm thinking I'll
stop the rice for a few days and check poop again.

If there's anyone that cares about my bank account, please do the rice
stomp for us.

RICE (STOMP) RICE (STOMP0 RICE (STOMP)!!!!!
