[Dailydrool] New kid inna howse

Hi. Dis Buster Brown, da Hound ob Renown (whatebber dat is). I gots my wish - I gots a furever home for Christmas! I'z so heppy! My new mama and daddy picked me up frum Auntie Claudia's howse tuday!! Dey sed dey alreddy lubs me and dat I'z a gud boy! I getz to stay inna howze wear its warm and I'm gonna get two meals a day EBERRY day, and lubs and I getz to get onna couch and chair and I gotz brudders and sisters who all like me, and, and, and - ITZ SO WUNNERFUL!!. I didn't fink I wud ebber get a furever home, but fanks to Auntie Claudia, (and my new mama and daddy, too, ob course) I gots wun in time fur Christmas!! I won't haffa sleep outside inna cold enymore, and I'll getta eat regular (my mama sez I needs to gain sum wait). I'll get to see the vetlady so I will not get sicky, and play inna yard wif my new brudders and sisters. I hasz been lying onna floor by my new mama while her iz on da puter. I'z gonna let her write sum now.
It's true, we have our very first houndie boy, thanks to Claudia O'Neal (thank you ever  so much for bringing this beautiful, sweet, wonderful boy into our lives!). (We've had all gurls up to now.) He's very timid right now and if you make a sudden move, he cowers (gee, I wonder why that is - GRRRRRRRRRRRR!) He will soon get over that. He was a stray that was being fed by a family, who already have a lot of dogs. Despite their best efforts, an owner could not be found. They were going to take him to the pound if a home could not be found for him this week. Well, he has his home  - with us.
He is so precious! He is a LOOONG Tricolor Basset boy. He still has his nebberminds, but as soon as he puts on some weight (he's very thin) we'll have that taken care of. He will be going to meet the vetlady Saturday for vaccinations and heartworm test (drool, please, that he is heartworm negative. I hate putting a hound through treatment for that.) So that's the story of Buster Brown, the hound of Renown (who's close to the ground. Sorry, I couldn't resist, hehehehhee!).
