To the AnimalRescueSite.com..........winning the grant 1,000$ for our 
state in Mt.  we are so proud that people voted for us and know our 
commitment to save bassets.  thank you.  AND i am not sure who to thank, 
but please do pass on our gratitude for all your site does to help 
homeless animals.
Basset REscue of Mt. has a great group of people that work to keep us 
alive and working; many who know our commitment to providing a warm, 
caring, and loving spot for those poor hounds that need another chance 
at life.
This is a first.....for us ever being in a "contest" for votes.  We 
thank each and every one of you for voting for us/daily /and never 
forgetting about us.  We are a small breed specific non-profit rescue 
organization based 14 miles from MIssoula , Mt. and offer a 7 suite/run 
shelter surrounded by a nice yard........and my home.....for all rescues 
who come here.  For those of you who barely know us.......we do connect 
with the world by our website bassetrescueofmontana.org...   and Montana 
Pets On the Net          and Petfinders.org.

This post goes out to all of you to say ThankYou.....for all everyone 
has done for the Bassets in the past and continues to do now and in the 
future.   If we all did not gather together to help each other, I could 
not nor would I  continue this mission. fAMILIES are put on the back 
burner, social life is minimal..ones own body becomes weary and tired 
from all the cleaning and management issues surfing from the shelters 
...etc...  So , to all of you who made this possible....plus thousands 
more i do not have email addresses for ...........my heartfelt 
THANKYOU.........ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS WILL PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE, HEAT, 
AND MEDICINES FOR ALL THESE HOMELESS.

a huge hug goes out to you........yep, you all know who helps this 
rescue survive.........and keeps my heart a ticking!!
