[Dailydrool] herbal heart medication

I am hoping to find the name of the herbal heart medication used for 
bassets someone posted a while back.  One of GGBR's adopted bassets, 
my niece basset Chloe, has a heart murmur has gone from a II to IV.  
She has a nasty cough at night at night due to CHF.  I am hoping that 
this herbal med and any others may help to alleviate some of her symptoms and
maybe reduce her need for prescription meds.
