[Dailydrool] Hooray for Bob the Dog

As soon as Bob's tail started wagging, my tears started rolling.  Hooray to Bob and everyone who has helped him.  I was in the park with the girls the other day and met a woman who had a doxie in a cart.  She said she took him out because they both loved it, but also to educate people that a dog can have a great life on wheels.
