You don't hear anything of this in the US, but there are news sources on the Internet that are reporting that the Global Warming thing is a hoax! They have discovered that the so called scientists had emails discussing that they had to fudge their data to make people believe that people are the cause of GW when in fact they are not.
I suggest that you go online and find sources that are reporting on it.

  Did anyone hear and see the latest news about getting rid of your pets because they cause carbon output more than automobiles and trucks?  I couldn't believe this.  Gives people who don't like animals a reason now to have an excuse why they don't like or want any.  I understand there are a lot of people who are mad over this.  This kind of thing can make it hard on rescues who are trying to find homes for cats and dogs alike.  Check it out on your news sight.  There is a video talking about it.  I am in Pennsylvania and I found it on KYW1060.
