[Dailydrool] Drool and Nails

I've been catching up from the holidays - We are sending drool to Oliver and Opie (and sorry if we missed anyone).  We hope you are both better soon.  Also drool to kitty Murray's mom, we are very sorry he had to go to the bridge.

We could use a little drool for Chloe our kitty, I'm taking her to the vet today, she started coughing and wheezing.

Angelika, thank you so much for explaining how you hold down a basset to do their nails.  It usually takes both me and my husband to do Gunter and we are usually completely exhausted afterward, even with peanut butter.  I did his last night by myself, and he was quiet and hardly struggled or pulled his paws away at all, it was wonderful.  And Brian works nights now so it's been much harder to find time when he can help me with Gunter so thank you!!  Also, we got our daily planners and they are beautiful, thank you :-)  

We also wanted to wish Conley a belated happy birthday and Brudder Elwood a belated happy gotcha day, we love your stories and Bev's blog, they have saved a bad day for me more times that I can count.

I love the howliday cards!  I really like the idea of putting them in a scrapbook, it's so nice to see all the beautiful bassets!

Drool for everyone in need and we hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New Years :-)
