[Dailydrool] Why does no one ever talk about this any more?

Speedy says not join any other other thing BUT OEBE as the others are not
quite so much fun (although in all fairness he has never belonged to BABES
or the Sitteruppers Club, is not a PW or even a PIT or anything else so he
has no frame of reference) 
 
Okay, I have a question -- there are lots of new people on the list who
probably have never heard of anything except OEBE, and maybe are not sure
about that.  Why?  Is there no one handling this any longer?  Can someone at
least post definitions and requirements on the web site or somewhere, along
with how to apply?  Does someone need to be appointed to be the keeper of
the lists?  It's okay if whoever used to handle this doesn't want to any
longer, life happens and people move on, etc., but if this is the case,
let's hand the task on to some new, willing person.  Seems to me, we are in
danger of losing all the BABES and PW and PIT and Siteruppers because no one
talks about it, and newer people have no clue.
