Susan asked about sweet potatoes to replace pumpkin. I wonder why not  
any kind of squash?
There has sure been no shortage of all those other funny shapes of  
squash at the store. They are so easy to bake and mash -- would those  
work as well?
Otis and Nelly go crazy for a treat like that. Plus, mom cooking for  
them gives them the royal treatment they command anyway.
