[Dailydrool] Spencer on Prozac - Thank you!

I am so humbled by the wonderful emails both onlist & offlist from
everyone.  Thank you.  I guess that's why we have the DD.  I felt SO utterly
alone, thinking I was the only one with a "Cujo".  Thank you for your
concern & encouragement.  I will get to all of your emails as soon as I
can.  Right now I'm spending most of my time working with Spencer & his
relationship with the other 2 hounds.
There are no words to express how appreciative I am.  You have brought tears
to my eyes. <s>
Spencer continues to improve, although I have a hard time reading him
sometimes, & he can be a bit unpredictable.  I always remind myself of how
far he has come.  (Which is light years from where we started!)  The prozac
doesn't make him a zombie, it seems to take the *edge* off.  That allows me
an extra bit of time to make the behavior correction/change the
situation/make the distraction whatever is needed at that time.  He is still
playing with Hal (which was a rarety before prozac!) & as long as I stay
still they will play for quite some time.  If I leave the room they follow,
so I stand still & enjoy watching them!
Anyway... thank you all SO much!  I promise to respond to all of you &
update as I can.
