[Dailydrool] I'm on a roll: proposed new title

I'm on a roll--I am putting off shampooing the rug. Recently someone suggested adding a title, and I would like to second the motion. (I'm not sure procedurally how to do this).

The title would be something like HHOEBE--pronounced "hobo"; and would stand for "honorary human member of the order of the evil basset empire"; and would be awarded to humans who show a strong history of assertive, atraditional, "naughty?" behavior in the service of basset hounds and fellow four-legged friends.

I would further nominate Marlene Thornton as the first HOBO, for her exceptional acting up in the service of doggie justice--going so far as to be jailed and charged with malicious something (mischief/property damage) for intervening on behalf of dogdom. Being on a first name basis with the local police department merits recognition. Marlene could be allowed to choose her title--"Triple A"? (Animal Avenging Angel?) or....?
