[Dailydrool] House Breaking

Hello Fellow Droolers,
I am having a big time problem to house train my Lilli.  She know she is to
go potty outside and she does.  But as you guessed it also goes in the
house.  We have tried everything.  I think I have figured out the problem
but don't know how to fix it.  When my husband and I are outside she goes
outside, when we are in the house she goes in the house, go figure.
Do any of you have any ideas or soloutions on how to fis this?  PLEASE HELP,
