Momma here--whew--what was a brain storm last night is a real deal tonight. We got it all coming to keep our basset troops looking good and the best part--money for rescue!!!!
 
Now this is the story!! Brudder Elwood seyz The Basset Fleet all need to look the part and we need uniforms. No matter what, the varmit was not wrong. 
Once again Val Brewer has stepped up and is busy sewing up the most beautimous Basset Fleet Bandanas. Thats right-- red white and blue, the colors we are all so very proud of will be ready in about a week for shipment right to our houndie doors.These are all custom made as only our Val does--100 percent cotton, the body of the bandana is navy blue with white stars and red dot accents. This is trimmed with red piping---AND---has a grey patch basset on each scarf. The ties are extra long to fit around even the fliffiest basset neck and tie with a nice tail. They are just a must. Every Fleet member has to have one!!!
The real win with this--besides all those sharp dressed hounds is that all proceeds are going to Missouri Basset Rescue, Chris Bly and the gang.  WOO HOO!!! We have all been voting to raise some houndie money for this rescue, and so here is the way to help even more.
The ordering will go thru www.chris at wmbri.com  and hey we gots paypal---and the price is great. 7.00 each includes shipping in the US. Over the pond folks will need to contact Chris for additional postage.Heck--round off that figure to 10.00 or more--help a hound and donate a few extra dollars, its all good!  Now how cool is that!!!
 
As we said all proceeds are going to rescue, Elder Clara and the gang came to the agreement to hand over the cookie money to pay for the materials, and Val is donating the sewing. So--one more thing---we are in the process of setting up a site for you all to model those bassets in the Fleet, and see all your fleetmates at the same time. Meet you fleetmates!!
We will post a picture of the Fleet Ware on WMBR website as soon as it is delivered this weekend--Val has overnited a couple so we have examples to show the world.
 
So now--get ready fellow Fleet folks--and if you have not joined us in the fun, get busy and do so!!!
