If you cannot find some of the ingredients, order them from a pharmacy. You 
may find that a small, privately owned one will be more helpful in this 
regards.

When we first used this on our Alexis Thefairyprincess (ATB), I had my 
doubts, but it even kept her very nasty pseudomonas infection at bay, though
