[Dailydrool] Boomerang tags

Where would one order these?  My dogs always have their Invisible Fence
collars on which don't have anything that you can clip to.  Would they still
work?  I'm always afraid they will get through the fence somehow and without
tags, no one will know where they live.. except for my neighbors that they
bark at EVERY DAY.!!!
