[Dailydrool] Which rescue covers W-B, PA?

Hi all,

My cousin sent me a link to a cute little 1 year old basset at the SPCA in my hometown of Wilkes-Barre, PA. Is there a rescue group that covers that area that can help him? Hopefully he will get adopted on his own, he's adorable...
