[Dailydrool] poisonous plant

Can someone pass the word about the plant called Oleander.  They look like a small tree and they are highly  poisonous.  I noticed that they are being sold at Produce Junctions in our area of Pa.  A friend of mine recently lost her 3 yr old puppy who ate some leaves in her backyard in Arizona.  This is serious. In colder areas people would put them inside like a houseplant but in warmer climates, they grow outside.
