[Dailydrool] Shooting Dogs

Sadly where we live in the foothills, often when these things happen it is kids doing this.  Sociopathic kids who need intervention, so important to report even mild abuse that you observe.  I have heard that abuse of animals is a sign of harming humans as an adult.
