No. It is a law. The Vets have nothing to do with it. The law says you must
have RVax. The drug companies do their thing. They sell it to the Vet who
has to buy it because the law says the dog has to have it. You want them to
give it to you free?

Done with this, said my thing, gonna get in trouble now if I keep going.
