Dear God,
You should have left Lilly here with her family and those that love her. There are other dogs that need you more, that have no one to care for  them, that are alone and sick, and suffering,  they are the ones that need you, please choose more carefully next time.  But since you chose Lilly be good to her she is just a baby.....
