Dawn, Joe, and Frida -- the bassets send sad kisses and hearthealing drool
and I'm adding my tears to the mix.  What a lovely story of the rewards of
patience with an animal.  BoW is at the bridge now where EVERYONE can pet
him, where he can see, and where there are no e-collars!  Thank you for
