[Dailydrool] On the Road Again - Dateline November 8th

Okay!  The Red Bay Gang took Virginia Beach by storm this weekend.  Here is
the final tally:

Thursday - Stachie and Lena both got points - Lena was Best of Breed and
Stachie was Best of Opposite Sex

Friday - Stachie was Reserve Dog, Ouija was Winner's Bitch (1 point) and I
got Select Dog (2 Grand Champion points)

Saturday - Stachie was Reserve Dog, Lena was Winner's Bitch ( 1 point) and I
didn't get to show because I played too hard on the A-Frame at the dog park
and was limping

Sunday - Stachie was Reserve Dog and Ouija was Winner's Bitch (1 point)

 

Add to that, Stachie got 2 points in Delaware Ohio last Saturday too!  Mom
says that 7 points in 6 shows is a good thing!

 

And to make things extra exciting, Lena came into season on Friday night!!
That makes us boys especially squirrely  . yipeeeeeee!  At the dog show, she
made the other boy dogs act nutsy too!  

 

We visited Aunt Debbie and Uncle Wayne again on Friday night.  Then on
Saturday night they came to the campground and we cooked hotdogs over the
fire.  Then they had marshiefellows (or something like that) and we all got
one.  They were yummy and sticky . Stachie got his stuck to his ear but Lena
cleaned it off for him.  On Sunday after we showed, we went to Brudder
Elwood's again, but this time we had to stay in the truck because of Lena
smelling so deeeeelishus!  

 

Tonight was Dairy Queen celebration night!  Aunt Debbie and Uncle Wayne
brought us all ice cream from DQ . it was Stachie and Lena's first time
having DQ and they learned about brain freeze in a hurry.  We always get DQ
when we get points at dog shows - it is a Red Bay tradition.

 

We are leaving here in the morning and travelling back home.  I will let you
know if we have any excitement on the way home.
