Muldoon here.  Conley good job on your Bassetude practice.  Mom and Dadperson need more training and it is good that you, Llewis and Nigel worked on this training.  They will eventually figure out that one piece of popcorn on the floor is poor form and a whole bunch of popcorn on the floor is good for everyone.  You have to remember that Mom and Dad are just human and they must be forgiven for being dense and stubborn.  They do not really understand Basset rule number one, It’s mine; and Basset rule number two, It’s mine.  Llewis understands.  Nigel understands.  Mr. Cooper understands, that’s why he was not there.   You be careful with him.  Now you understand better.  Keep up your training efforts with Mom and Dad.  They are not as quick on the uptake as you are.  Momperson and Dadperson bites are not good.  They will eventually figure out that it is all about rule number one.  I are sure glad you are OK.  Roll around when you are all wet.  That will help Mom remember what a fine Basset you are.  When the big brown truck comes you will get the popcorn.  You might have to wait until you get out of jail.  It might be a while.  You might wail some more and practice the look.  Muldoon out.
