[Dailydrool] Ripped out nails

Should be wrapped, should have an oral anti-biotic. Should see a Vet.

Infection in feet, nail beds and toebones (literally the bone) are
excrutiatingly painful and can be very dangerous if it gets into the bone.
Please see your Vet. Think where that foot with the open wound is going to
be.
