Oh Cyrus,

Snoopy is a scent hound and scent hounds love trash.   The only way to keep
the trash out of Snoopy is to keep him from finding it.  it's basset rule
#1, if I like it it's mine.  Poor Snoopy thought you were missing your
people so he slung drool on you so you would feel better.  What a loving
brother you have.
