[Dailydrool] Ella Louise

I just wanted to let everyone know that Ella Louise started her chemo today.  We finally got to meet the new oncologist yesterday and she is in love with Ella.  She has a dog that is part blood hound named Elvis.  So we feel happy knowing she is in care of a houndie person.  Ella just melted and cooed like a little dove for her doctor.  They did the ultra sound and did not find any spread of the cancer.  But her calcium level is elevated.  We were given the choice of wait and see or do 5 treatments of chemo.  We went for the chemo and this was what the vet said she would do if it were her babies.  
 
I have so many people I need to write and I will get with all of you soon.  I have just been exhausted lately.  Not only from Ella but trying to get over my surgery from almost 3 weeks ago.  I thank everyone for their sweet words and thoughts of love.  The drools are working. 
 
Ella is doing well tonight and all day after her chemo.   So keep those healing drools coming.
 
I love secret pawtner.  We got our package Saturday and Ella loved her monkey she got.  She was even running with it today and it made us smile with happiness.  Not only is it fun, but I know this is a wonderful income for the rescues when we buy our secret pawtner presents.  We should do this twice a year!!!!!!
