[Dailydrool] Howliday cards are coming thick and fast

Bonejour, Pw Penny and Pw Polly woofin' in from across the waves in France.

Well, the holiday season has begun.  We got our first howliday cards today and there were FIVE of them !!! Wheeeeeeee!!!  

Not such fun is OUR howliday cards.  They are ready since JULY - yep, da mum was TRES organized this year.  But, as we mentioned recently, she ordered the stamps on the internet <sigh> and as we told you, there was a 13 day delay which she found out about AFTER paying Grrrrrrrrrr  Today she had an email from the internet post to say that they had a bug and there would be a further delay .....  She saw RED and rang them up (we so wish Auntie Marilyn was here, we are sure she'd had been much more efficient telling them what we thought of their postal service).  She was ANGRY but the nice lady on the other end of the line said she could not cancel the order and refund her ;(((  She said all that da mum could do was refuse the parcel and THEN ask for a refund.  Da mum does not have the funds to pay for the stamps twice so we will have to patiently wait for them to arrive.  So folks, we are very sorry but your cards may be a little late arriving. They are all ready, sitting on the corner of her desk already in their envelopes.
