[Dailydrool] Advice badly needed

Hi everyone!
I haven't been reading the Drool for the past couple of weeks because of
end-of-term papers. Maybe this problem was discussed already, in which
case, forgive me for bringing it up again.
We're having serious problems with Dascha's toilet training. We recently
moved, so we at first attributed the problems to that (at the old place,
Dascha used to whine at the door if she needed to go). She gets three walks
a day, not counting pee breaks, but she still has accidents inside, which
is fine. The problem is, sometimes she will use her walks as exclusively
fun time, and then go as soon as she's back inside. Even worse, we have
just got a new bed, and Dascha has decided that it's her toilet, for both
her needs. She used to sleep in the same room as us; now we have to make
her sleep outside, and the crying is heartbreaking. She also disdains the
pee pads these days, preferring to go on the floor. I'm at my wits' end. I
don't know how to a) encourage her to actually go on her walks, b) remind
her of the purpose of pee pads, and, most importantly, c) teach her once
and for all that the bed is not a toilet. Has anyone had these sorts of
problems before? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Alla, caretaker of Dascha, who is, currently, driving me up the wall.
