As you know I got Olivia to be a companion for Fred when 15 year old Winnie 
goes to the bridge. It was heartwrenching to lose her to cancer 8 weeks 
later. Yesterday, 3 weeks on I drove to a services on the M4 to meet a man 
in a van from the same rescue and we came home with Ginger. Another tri with 
the same skin complaint but not quite as bad. I thought Fred and Ginger 
sounded good and I will call her Ginny. She is also small, very shy, has 
never walked on a lead and quiet. She sleep all night on the floor in the 
bedroom tucked into a small gap beside the bed. This morning although I had 
to drag her out of the house she walked OK if slowly and she was prepared to 
meet and say hello to people. One of those was Jake the westie who adores 
Fred and Winnie, the first time he met Olivia he growled at her, he just 
gently sniffed Ginny, I wonder if he sensed something about Olivia because 
he never really came to accept her.
