[Dailydrool] shelter challenge change of plans

I just got an email from Marilyn Briggs she is with Utah Friends of Basset Hounds Rescue she said it would be better if we vote Carolina in January and them in March so in a couple of weeks when the shelter challenge starts back up we will vote for Carolina Basset Hound Rescue from SC and see if we can get them a win, they really deserve a win and came so close in a short time!!!!  Then in March we will vote for UTah Friends of Basset Hounds. We will remind everyone as the time gets closer!
