[Dailydrool] What is it about holidays?

[Synthia and Hounds]

Just got back from the emergency vet. Zuma has a back spasm. No weakness, just pain in his lower back and all appears to be muscular. Crate rest, muscle relaxants and pain meds. I think he just wanted 1:1 time with Buster arriving and all. My prime rib was just coming out of the oven when I noticed Zuma wasn't dancing around the oven with everyone else. He was fine earlier. He screamed in pain when I tried to move him but got himself to the car. Looked around and wagged his tail as we went into the vet. Sigh. At least there will be more room in be tonight since he will be in his crate.
Prime rib drool out to all in need - I'm finally sitting down to eat as soon as my rolls are warm again.
