[Dailydrool] Inquiring minds need to know

I sent this the other day but got it back, had an extra period in the 
address, but now I am even more curious about the handpainted cover or container 
that foils all basset attempts to access the garbage. 

 What's a "Basset proof trash can"??? Isn't that an oxymoron? Does it
have a deadbolt? Does the lid have a vacuum seal like a submarine door?
The only way I've been successful is to keep the can in the bathroom
off the kitchen and close the door. At all times. If I don't forget.
