This is Bo, Commander in Chief of the Pacific Basset Feet

Thank you, Captain Bubba of the SEAL's, for your request for orders. I have been 
carefully considering your request and conquer--er, concur, I mean. I think. It 
is time that we mobilize the Feet in support of Ozark Mountain Basset Rescue. 
OMBR has been dealing with an influx of puppies as well as older bassets in need 
of rehoming. While bassetdom held a lead in Shelter voting for the first month 
of voting, the nearest competitor took the lead in Arkansas two days ago. We 
have requested intelligence on this competitor and see that they list three 
bassets for adoption on their adoptions pages, but OMBR has many more (including 
three buppies), and so we order Feet members to mobilize their slaves to vote 
for OMBR in the Shelter Challenge. To do so, simply type Shelter Challenge into 
your search engine, then click on the first entry to appear. Then type Basset 
into the name of the Shelter slot and AR into the state slot. Then Hit Search. 
OMBR will come up. Hit Vote, and then on the next page identify the picture of 
the animal which appears. And very nice pictures they are, I must say. I 
particularly like the one of the tiger yawning--reminds me of our late roommate, 
Lynx the cat, but I digress.

We are a powerful force. We are many. (300 at last count). We are bassets. We 
can overcome. United we stand. Let's take a stand for bassetdom. Think of the 
starving puppies--well, actually, the puppies are very cute and look very well 
cared for, but still, it's the principle of the thing. Go, bassets. I order all
