This past Sunday  my Sweet Adelines Chorus had a concert at a local church.  Many of my friends were in the audience, as was our vet and his wife (he happens to sing in his church choir and loves music.)  After the concertt there was a social hour, and  when I introduced him to some of my chorus members, they all talked with him about Raymond - how everybody loves him - how he monopolizes our board mtgs at our house with his barking - how he's the life of the party, etc. I was really pleased that my friends shared with him some of Raymond's foibles..  Condolences go out to Buttercup's family - we'll miss her around here at the Daily Drool.  I know Sadie has welcomed her to the Bridge and will help show her the ropes.  I'm so enjoying the wonderful basset stories - especially the "you know you have a basset hound if---"  We really see ourselves with each story. We hope all of our hounds and houndettes are having a good week so far!
