Here in Brazil, sometimes when I walked Bertrand (before Consuelo arrived), I heard people saying that the ears would make a good viennese steak or should be placed in a "feijoada" (a typical brazilian stew made with black beans and pork - some parts unmapped, as we read once (like ears and tail)). So, I take good care not have them too near poor people.
