[Dailydrool] Fireworks help?

I would like to give my condolences to all the broken hearts  that have had 
to send their baby to the bridge. I am so sorry.
I do have a question, what are any of you using to help calm  down a basset 
that is freaked out by the fireworks?
Dottie used to be just fine, and then there was one too loud,  and too 
close, and now she pants and paces.  I gave her 2 benadryl, didn't  seem to make 
a bit of difference.  Works great for my lab.  Any  suggestions 
please????????
