[Dailydrool] HW+ Alabama Boy Needs Help

Echo is 8 yrs old, HW+, intact. Has a wonderful loving basset personality.
He is in Animal Control in north AL, where another dog recently died of heat
stroke. He's at high risk of being taken home by one of the city workers and
tied to a tree as many of these guys do that with the hounds there. Alabama
basset rescues are swamped. Is there anyone who can help this guy? There has
been an offer of $100 contribution toward his expenses for any rescue that
