[Dailydrool] Shelter Challenge

There seems to be some confusion on the ranking of Looziana Basset Rescue.  If you look at the whole United States, their rank is really low.  If you go to the State button and look for them, they are ranked 81. Just to clear it up, it had me confused for a little while too.
