[Dailydrool] Swollen hocks

Hi, everyone, from the Thundering Herd.
Day before yesterday, I noticed that both of Molly's hocks were swollen to slightly less than golf ball size. We spoke with our vet who told us that it is not uncommon in older Bassets (Molly is 14). Has anyone else had any experience with this? Is there anything that will help?
